The 2009 season was a season of challenges, trials, travel and new friendships. The pressure was on us to add to our call arsenal, so we developed two new calls for the up coming year. We introduced our new duck call the “Snub Nose” in early 2009. After running through the competition circuit with three titles and a dozen top three’s, we took it from Canada to Mississippi making sure it was KES tough- the results speak for them self. The Snub Nose passed the test and is considered one of the top calls in the industry by guides, professional callers and hunters.

Our next new call was almost a year in the making. We designed it, tested it, beat on it, and tested it again- this is one tough call. Now all it needed was a name, so we went to the fans on our Facebook page to help us name it. After going through 60 to 70 names- we introduced our new short reed goose call the ” Hay Maker” earlier this year. Down and dirty, loud, quick response, easy to blow and just plain “goosey.” Check out the sound files on our Facebook page- both calls are welcome additions and are KES Tough.

Team Migration Ender had a very successful season following the migration from Saskatewan to Mississippi with stops along the way in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri. We made a lot of new friends along the way that are now part of the KES Army. We had a lot of laughs during this season and some of us earned new nick names along the way. Check out our “mug shots” and see the results of our travels.

The show season is upon us and KES Waterfowlers will be branching out and heading to more shows this season. New York, West Virginia, Illinois, Mississippi, Texas, and Michigan to name a few. We will update monthly on our site and our Facebook page on which shows will be next for us. If your in the area come on down and visit us at any of the shows we attend. We always have time to talk waterfowling.
